MR BILL TA: CHAIRMAN

Mr. Bill Ta is co-founder of Questech and was elected to the position of Chairman in April 2010. Prior to this he was Deputy Chairman of Questech and holds management positions in the Asia Pacific. Bill has over 12 years experience on the international arena in corporate finance, corporate strategy, and real estate ranging from Government infrastructures, commercial and private.

Bill’s experience and corporate success over the past decade will direct Questech to become the industry benchmark in Australia. He currently advises the Board of Director and maintains the relationships with foreign strategic partners.


MR ANDY TA: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Andy Ta is co-founder of Questech and the Chief Executive Officer. Andy has over 15 years of international experience in sales, marketing and executive management in a wide range of industries including real estate, finance and marketing. Andy is an innovator, with his skills and experience to capitalize and integrate a professional management team and to position Questech in the Australian marketplace. Andy oversees the management team in strategy, operations, public relations and management.

Mr. Alan Suy is co-founder of Questech and General Secretary. Prior to joining Questech, Alan was an IT Systems Engineer with over 8 years experience before becoming a business and technology and management consultant. He also ran other operations including IT software development, marketing and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Certificate in Commerce also from the University of New South Wales. Alan has spent the last 3 years in South East Asia where he further developed his business skills in the area of strategy, operations and human resource management.

Mr. Tuan Nguyen is Chief Financial Officer of Questech. His responsibilities is in corporate governance and responsible for the group’s liquidity and capital management, financial reporting, statutory results, risk management and portfolio performance and analysis. Prior to joining Questech Tuan had worked in the CFO role for a number of medium and large companies around Australia for over 25 years.
